The Miyako to Kesennuma section of the Michinoku Coastal Trail offers a variety of experiences, from walking along the coastline to hiking small hills and exploring peninsulas. The diverse scenery includes breathtaking ocean views and peaceful mountain trails. Early mornings are perfect for enjoying the sunrise along the trail, while mountain summits provide panoramic views of the areas you’ve traveled. This course is ideal for those who want to visit key landmarks within a limited timeframe.

In the evenings, indulge in delicious meals made with local ingredients to round off each day of exploration.

From Across the Region to Miyako
